	Rachel and Kirsty are rewarded for saving a fairy by being given wings and taken to meet Titania and Oberon in fairy land. On their way, they meet naughty banished fairy type Jack Frost, intent on spreading Winter through all the seasons.

'Rainbow Magic – Return To Rainspell Island' is an animated story for young children about two close friends who help some colourful fairies to defeat Jack Frost. The contains no material likely to offend or harm. During the film the good characters have to work together to overcome Jack Frost. Jack occasionally uses his wand to trap the fairies in ice and also creates an army of snowmen to do his bidding. There is nothing but the mildest sense of threat in these scenes and the situations are quickly and happily resolved. Comic scenes and happy musical numbers are also placed between the action scenes to ensure there are no extended sequences of even very mild threat. The film also contains some scenes in which the central characters are teased because they believe in fairies. Although one of the girls is a little upset by this teasing, her friend quickly comforts her with the positive message that the opinions of other people can't hurt your feelings if you have confidence in yourself. 'U' stands for Universal, which means that we think the film is suitable for audiences aged four or older.
