PSHE ‘Symbol Superheroes’ Competition!
Is it a bird… is it a plane... No, it’s the CBBFC Symbol Superheroes competition!
To celebrate our new key stage 1 PSHE resource, we’ve launched our ‘Symbol Superheroes’ competition, open to all Year 1 and Year 2 (or equivalent) classes across the UK.
The winning class will receive £200 worth of filmmaking equipment for their school, as well as a personalised BBFC Black Card. On top of that, the creator of the best superhero from the winning class will win a BBFC goody bag and a £50 cinema voucher!
We also have five runner up prizes of personalised BBFC Black Cards up for grabs!
What do I need to do to enter my class?
To enter the competition you must download our free key stage 1 PSHE resource and deliver both lessons to your class. As part of the resource, students will be asked to create a superhero character using either a U or PG symbol template. Once students have finished creating their superhero characters, simply post them to us!
Remember to encourage your students to think of a name for their superhero character and what an appropriate age-rating related catchphrase they might have!
How to enter?
Please send all entries via post, with the following details, to:
